Yes! 2 main roads right off of I-90 and you are home! Even though you can snowmobile right from your place to the new state snowmobile park right up the street, a normal car is fine.
Yes. Deed map shows actual layout and distances in feet which shows the actual much larger accurate layout. Basically, there is just over 100 feet missing on the GIS info site and everyone is pulling the incorrect info until it is coded correctly. Only affects the online maps and whatnot but you can get fixed if you want. I've edited a picture of the property showing the lot lines much more accurately. You can see the pictures in the in Misc Pic section. There is a metal spike into the cement next to the basketball hoop and the other markers are pretty close to accurate everywhere. The road off of Westside is on your land and so is shared cement driveway neighbor uses. You can choose to build nice gate setup or not. You get the call since on your land!
There are no guarantees, but real estate and specifically waterfront larger lots like this have a track record of rarely dropping in value. The fact that this area is just now becoming the hottest vacation market in the state obviously can't hurt. Yes, that is GREAT news! They are halfway done already with doubling the size of I-90 on this side of the pass. This has already greatly reduced drive time and they haven't even opened up the new expansion completely. It only gets better/faster in the very near future.
Close and fun! Only 30 minutes or so from Snoqualmie pass, Alpental and Ski Acres. Or can wrap around through Leavenworth Bavarian Village and go to Stevens Pass which is 1.5 hours away or so. East is Mission Ridge if you continue to Chelan area.

Area is booming and arguably the top vacation market in Washington currently. There is so much to do and so much to see and companies are moving in to take advantage of the vacation market. Private! Unlike many communities, where you really cannot escape from your neighbors, here you can. Once you go down to your middle area and the river, you are alone with nature. You can play your music as loud as you want and nobody is around to complain!

NO! 60 minutes or so from Bellevue area and you are here! It's amazing that you can take an hour drive and find 300 days of sunshine just out of Seattle. It makes it extremely easy to vacation at the property every weekend if you want with its close proximity to Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma.
Water level is controlled by a dam upriver. Even if dam fails, water still wouldn't get to the upper levels of the property so you can put any worries aside!
Very close. There are 4 or more golf courses all within a few minutes only. Note: You can even join Suncadia Golf Club for LESS than if you lived at Suncadia! Get the benefits but not the crowds or HOA dues even.
Yes! Well already installed and Electricity runs right up to the top edge of the property for easy hookup to any new house when built. 2 of the 3 cabins down by the river have professionally installed generator wired power with built in beautiful lighting. Water is through a private well shared with the neighbor and a nice "well" house (on your land even) is already installed and working on the level where your new home would go! Internet using my phone has no issues. (I have tried Verizon and Comcast so far with zero issues streaming Amazon/Neflix/etc to the TV outside on the middle level.)
